Nice thought. Although very understaffed. Insurance dictates all. From intake to facility there was no communication and the intake knew very little about the facilityty and procedures and rules. Lack of medical supplies was an issue. I only met with counselor and chaplain weekly for one on one. Requested psychiatrist. Nada. Case management was daily but really not one on one. If you think your walking into a 30 day program think again. My Bcbs approved me for a whopping 10 days.bcbs promised 30. But no guarantees. Had I not pushed for family counseling the 1st week. We never would have received it.. Nice staff, some of the nurses need new jobs.

It's a great place to help people get clean and get help from mental and substance abuse. They do great work here.

They have been amazing. Very caring and even though my husband is home they will still talk to me and give insight and are very supportive and help me understand what he's going through

This is a great place with a caring staff. Everyone was friendly and seemed to be very effective in dealing with the addictions.

Valley Hope changed my life. It was the best program I have ever participated in. Thanks to Valley Hope they are one of the main reasons that I have successfully lived in recovery for almost 3 years now. Thank you to the Valley Hope staff members for helping me change my life.
